Job Description
“The Regulatory Enforcement Officer is part of the Technical and UAP Team and will work cooperatively and effectively across other TRBR Teams, and with the Legal Officer, Corporate team, UAP, Technical and Market Competition as well as with other ICT, Telecommunications and Radiocommunications specialists and TRBR’s external stakeholders. The Officer must also work cooperatively with the Regulator and any consultants TRBR engages.
The Regulatory Enforcement Officer will be responsible to take the leading role in enforcement of license and legislative provisions, provide legal support and advice on the consumer issues, including disputes and dispute resolution in the Northern Region.”
