Carpenters Trading Vanuatu, which sells Fast Moving Consumer Goods and is quickly growing in capacity with branches in Santo and Port Vila and Carpenters Commodities Vanuatu, dealing with Copra and Cocoa out of Santo; are business entities under Carpenter Motors Vanuatu Limited.

We are seeking the right candidate to fill an exciting opportunity as a Refrigeration Technician for our Carpenters Trading Vanuatu section.
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Requires strong communication, excellent analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the refrigeration field.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Experience in other technical sectors is an advantage.
- General business knowledge.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English & Chinese preferred, but not necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with specifications and plans.
- Troubleshoot refrigeration systems for clients with different needs.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring when needed.
- Work on and replace faulty parts in-house.
- Install new refrigeration systems and beverage equipment.
- Clean and service facilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
