We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Response Manager to join our team.

As a Recovery Officer, you will play a critical role in implementing key recovery activities and optimizing our response and recovery strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Where you come in:
In this maximum-term position, based in Port Vila, you will provide strategic analysis, program management and operational support of all program requirements.
You will make an impact by:
- Developing and implementing response and recovery plans and strategies
- Analyse recovery data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Education, Health, Cash, Agriculture and
- Livelihood to ensure seamless coordination and execution of response and recovery
initiatives. - Implementation monitoring
- Stay updated with best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance
recovery strategies and tactics.

This role requires:
- Proven experience as a Recovery or Response Implementation or similar role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing recovery and response efforts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet
deadlines. - Proficiency in recovery management software and tools.
