Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the Office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure receptionist area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/ email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/delivers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, typing letter and operate photocopier.
- Attend to other matters as may be required by the Valuer General.
Special Business Education: Customer Service training or related field
Experience: Proven work experience as receptionist or front office representative or similar role, multitasking and management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
Special skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Interpersonal skills: Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Behavioral Competencies: Professional attitude and appearance.
Language: Bislama and English or french
