Job Description
EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT
Background
The Department of Environmental Protection & Conservation (DEPC) is seeking to hire a potential candidate for the position a Receptionist.
Duration
The position will be held on a contract for one year and is likely to extend.
Criteria
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience working as a receptionist or front desk officer
- Excellent Customer services
- Must be prompt at all times for work
- Must be friendly and polite at all times
- Good communication skills (answering calls and relating information to customers)
Qualification
- Year 13 Leaver
- Certificate 1 & 2 in Office Administration
Required Skills
- Able to work as a team
- Use Word and Excel Microsoft desktop applications
- Speak English, Bislama and French is an advantage
Both males and females are encouraged to apply from ages 23 and upwards.
