Lead Management is a boutique company that provides customer service and virtual assistant support to real estate professionals across Australasia.
Increasing business volumes have opened up opportunities for two Real Estate Virtual Assistants to join our driven team of Real Estate VAs.

The successful candidate would have excellent English written and oral communication skills. This opportunity may suit an ex-pat who is living in Vanuatu long term.
If you would like to gain valuable experience as a virtual assistant supporting real estate professionals, then you could be the Vanuatu extension to our elite team of Virtual Assistants!

We are a down-to-earth, close-knit team who enjoys achieving success together. This ensemble of professionals work hard and laugh even harder, their willingness to go the extra mile for our clients has seen our services described by our clients as superior and elite in our industry!

You will need to have access to a desktop and strong internet (broadband) connection is essential. All training and telephone will be provided.

Core objectives include:

  • Making outbound calls on a client’s existing database and qualifying opportunities for our clients (no sales calls)
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and their outcomes on all mediums of record-keeping
  • Process any administration tasks as instructed for the purpose of servicing our client’s campaign accurately and in a timely manner
  • Conduct all communication with our clients and their existing and new contacts with the utmost professionalism, through all mediums of communication
  • Achieve and maintain the expected calling and performance Key Performance Indicators
  • Always maintain a professional and positive representation of our clients and their brand

You can choose to apply for either of the following roles:

PART-TIME (20 hours) – possibility for more hours is dependent on volumes and individual performance

Primary hours will be Mon – Thurs 12.30pm – 5.30pm VUT – Salary range 500 – 600 VUV per hour.

FULL TIME (30 hours +) – possibility for more hours dependent on volumes and individual performance

Primary hours will be Mon – Thurs 9.30am – 5.30pm VUT – Salary range 500 – 650 VUV per hour.
