Applications are invited for the Ramp Loader Position (x3) for Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The position is based at Pekoa Airport, Santo, Vanuatu.

Applicants must be experienced and meet the following requirements:-

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

1. Available to work on shift day/night, weekends and public holidays.
2. Work as part of a team and follow strict procedures.
3. Conduct ground handling operations according to approved regulations and company standards.
4. Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
5. Knowledge of Ramp procedures.
6. Familiar with the Emergency Fuel Stop.
7. Aircraft bays are kept clear of foreign object debris ( FOD )
8. Conduct aircraft loading and unloading with accordance to security and safety requirements.
9. Report unusual activities at the airside.
10. Conduct aircraft waste services when required.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Tertiary Foundation Certificate.
2. Some knowledge of Airport Ramp Operations & Dangerous Goods Awareness.
3. Experience in loading and unloading of goods.
4. Safety awareness
5. Valid driver’s license

It would also be beneficial to provide records of medical certificate and police clearance.
