The Vanuatu Police Force (VPF) seeks a highly motivated and effective individual for the position of Quality Assurance Officer to the Vanuatu Police Training College (VPTC). This position will play a critical role in providing efficient and effective management of the College’s Quality Management System (QMS). The role must ensure that appropriate minimum quality standards and procedures for all VPTC operational areas and services are met according to the organisational QMS and national training and education regulations

Grade: PS 6.1
Annual Salary: 1,906,500 VT
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Quality Management/Auditing or Project Management
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in planning and implementation of quality and auditing processes
- Experience in leading and conduct of internal assessment /Auditing for regulatory/statutory compliance
- Experience with writing policies and procedures and monitoring and reporting of organisational practices and outcomes
Special Skills
- Knowledge of the Vanuatu Post School Education and Training (PSET) sector key policies and frameworks
- Knowledge of national training standards for registration, accreditation, training delivery and assessment.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office programs (Word/Powerpoint/Excel/Publisher)
Language:
English, French or Bislama
