Vanuatu Cricket is building something different: a flexible, purpose-driven organisation where teamwork, community impact, and adaptability are key. With multiple programs running across competitions, education, youth, and outreach, we’re looking for a confident and organised Programs & Planning Coordinator to help keep everything moving. This role would suit someone with a background in project management or program coordination who wants to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CEO to coordinate delivery across programs
• Maintain and update a master work plan and project timeline
• Support internal planning, check-ins, and cross-team coordination
• Track key events, tasks, and milestones across departments
• Assist with partner reporting and documentation
• Help keep people, resources, and information aligned and flowing

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised, proactive, and reliable
• Experienced or trained in project or program management
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, shared calendars, or tools like Teams & Trello
• A clear communicator who works well with diverse teams (Professional proficiency in English & Bislama is a must)
• Calm under pressure and flexible with change
• Experience in community development, logistics, education, sport, or nonprofit delivery is a bonus
• Ideally based in Port Vila, but flexible for the right person
