Full-Time PROGRAM FACILITATOR
Job Description
“The Program Facilitator will support implementation of day-to-day activities and operations of the Program with a key focus on provincial scale up in line with the sector’s priorities. S/he will manage and support a cohort of long and short-term advisers in the justice stream, support the Program Coordinator (PC) (Justice) with stakeholder partnership liaison, prioritising provincial partners, and support monitoring and reporting on the overall performance of the Program, led by the PC (Justice).
The Program Facilitator will assume responsibility for VAPJP’s grants portfolio and examine opportunities to expand small and medium size grants capability across the Community Service Organisation (CSO) landscape, to help advance progress towards End of Program Outcomes (EOPOs).
The Program Facilitator also supports oversight of the VAPJP Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) function.”
