The Role
We are looking for a brilliant Product Business Analyst to partner with our Product and Design Team to help bring a formal product design process to our applications. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform by driving product design; including identifying business needs, determining the product functionality required, analysing, assessing and documenting solutions (including business requirements, UI wireframes, user stories and flow charts).
You will also liaise with stakeholders to ensure understanding of applications, support systems and processes, support continuous improvement in technology and processes, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
The successful candidate will bring:
- 2+ years experience working in BA/Product Manager/Product Owner role
Ideally experience working in a startup environment - Strong experience of Digital/web/application products & their lifecycle
- Experience of Agile/Scrum processes
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices
- Demonstrable ability of transforming vague requirements into detailed specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write concise and detailed specifications & presentations
- Proven problem solving, analytical and diagnostic skills
- Strong experience working within Jira & Confluence
