Job Description
“The responsibility of the Procurement Officer is to work closely with the R4D2 advisers and provide technical assistance and support to the R4D2 funded road activities within PWD. This will include, but not limited to:
- Preparation of Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Tenders (RFT)
- Preparation and Participation in Tenders evaluations.
- Monitoring compliance with PWD procurement procedures.
- Maintenance of registers and monitoring processes.
- Specific procurement and logistics to support the program as required.
- Any other activities, as directed by the Contracts Procurement Adviser, Senior Engineering Adviser and Team Leader”
