Procurement Notice
The Vanuatu Affordable and Resilient Settlements (VARS) Project, under the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, invites locally registered contractors to participate in the upcoming tender process for civil works planned for 2025. Contractors are requested to complete the attached Contractor. Information Survey and review the Briefing Note for Local Contractors to understand the scope of work and requirements.
Key components of the project include:
- New Settlement Development – Site preparation, infrastructure development, and public amenities construction on 10 hectares of land in Etas.
- Settlement Upgrading – Infrastructure improvements in four existing settlements (Ohlen Mataso, Tokyo Seaside, and Anambrou), including roadworks, drainage systems, and sanitation facilities.

Contractors interested in bidding are encouraged to take part in this survey. Please note that this survey is specifically for locally registered contractors.
