Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent in accounting and business management, qualified for admission to relevant professional accounting body.
Special Business Education:
- Training in Audit skills & Budgeting Skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial accounting and budget management in a substantial public sector environment.
Special Skills:
- Able to operate specialized accounting software
Communication/Interpersonal Skills
- Well-developed Presentation skills
Behavioral competencies
- Patient, Reliable, Hardworking
Language:
- English or French and Bislama
