PAINT SALES OFFICER

Job Description: Alubat T/AS Trade & Farm Vanuatu wishes to recruit a Paint Sales Officer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain the paint counter and aisles on a daily basis
Officer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice
Choosing the right tint- select tint base on project type, desired final color, primer type and lighting conditions to achieve the best results.
Ensure that the paint department is performing (on a weekly basis) to the expectations of the Store Manager
Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the sales process and by mystery shop standards.
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and back stock are clean and organized.

Minimum Requirements:

Should have a least 2-3+ years’ experience in paint store, color matching; sales and marketing experience.
A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi- task
Must be ready and able to work outside normal hours including weekends.
