Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should be dedicated and experienced to oversee the daily operations of our barber shop.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive business growth.

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
• Financial Management: Collect cash and analysing sales for the day, doing local purchasing for the day-to-day operations of the shop. Keeping staff hours and records
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Coordinate promotional events and activities.
• Quality Control: Ensure all services meet the shop’s quality standards. Address any issues promptly and implement improvements as needed.
