Full-Time OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description
Laine Supermarket is looking for an Operations Manager who can highlight his/her leadership skills. Showcase his/her ability to lead teams effectively and drive project execution. Demonstrate his/her proficiency in process improvement and should reflect his/her expertise in optimizing operations for efficiency and productivity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Helping the organization’s process remain legally compliant.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
