We are advertising for the position of OPERATION SUPERVISOR.

A thorough understanding of all operations and maintenance issues on diesel engine and hydro power plants with specialization in his own trade is required. The successful applicant is required to ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operation and maintenance of the Power Stations with an aim to deliver quality & reliable Power to the customer(s) with maximum availability and to maximize Company Profits keeping long and short term goals of the organization in mind.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the Operations & Maintenance of the Power Station(s) to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation
• Maintenance of the Power Station(s) in line with the Company policies, customer guidelines and general industrial and good engineering practices
• Address all issues pertaining to the Power Station(s) to the best of his ability and authority
• Prepare, assist to prepare & oversee preparation of annual Power Station(s) budgets, i.e. operating, cash flow and CAPEX and
• Perform any other relevant related duties as assigned by General Manager
