Job Title: Operation Manager
Duration of Contract: Permanent after 3 Months Trial
Operation Venue: Port Vila
1. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate retail and other operations
- Research, identify and implement opportunities to meet and increase level of income
- Implement retail business plans
- Responsible for the finance accountability for all business operations
- Manage operation budget for effective operations
- Provide reports for production, finance and stocks
- Hire, manage, train and evaluate administration employees
- Assess performance and planning & implement against goals and plans
- Other job will be provided by General Manager.
2. Requirements
- Must have a degree or diploma or business certificate on Management
- Excellent written and speaking in English, French and Bislama
- Can demonstrate excellent skills in Operation Management
- Can manage a team of more than 10 people
- Computer literate (MS EXCEL, WORD & others) a Must
- Flexible approaches and willing to assist with variety of tasks
- Demonstrate initiative and can carry out duties on time
- Can work 6 days a week and willing to work over time
- Ability to work as a team and have respect to superiors
- Good at Planning & Implementation
- Some years’ experience on related field
- Can spend over 10 days away from family
- Any other qualities required.
3. Work Entitlements
Annual Salary of: 1.290.000 – 1.360.000VT (Based on qualification, experience and performance)
