OIL MILL ASSISTANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Diploma:

• Year 13/ 14 level in a technical field or equivalent. With at least 2 years working experience in an area related to mechanics and team coordination.

Skills:

• Good command of French and English, both written and oral
• Good knowledge of mechanics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To organise, supervise, monitor, maintain and ensure the continuity of the overall process of fuel oil production:
  – Copra storage
  – Copra loading
  – Screening
  – Sedimentation
  – expeller operation
  – Refining
  – Copra meal packaging
  – Processing of Third part oil
  – Oil delivery
  – Sale of copra meal
• To monitor operations overall in the oil mill:
• Produce and deliver the required oil quantities to the Tagabe power station
• Ensure good working conditions for the operators
• Ensure the good operating condition of the oil mill
• Supervise, manage, assess and train the teams under his/ her responsibility
• Draft and disseminate instructions and monitor their implementation
• Assist in writing operating and maintenance reports
• Provide technical support to the teams under his/ her orders
• Apply and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Deliver operation & maintenance reports
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s safety & ethic rules and provide support to the staff if necessary.

ASSISTANT DE PRODUCTION HUILERIE

Diplôme :

• Niveau BAC dans une filière technique ou équivalent. Avoir moins 2 ans d’activité dans un domaine mécanique et animation d’équipe.

Compétences :

• Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
• Bonnes connaissances en mécanique

Qualités requises :

• Adaptabilité
• Autonomie
• Ingéniosité

MISSIONS :

• Organiser, superviser, contrôler, entretenir et maintenir l’ensemble du processus de production d’huile carburant :
  – Stockage coprah
  – Chargement coprah,
  – Criblage,
  – Décantation filtration,
  – Pressage,
  – Raffinage,
  – Conditionnement tourteau,
  – Traitement des huiles extérieures,
  – Livraison d’huile,
  – Vente du tourteau
• Assurer le suivi de l’exploitation sur l’ensemble de l’huilerie,
• Produire et livrer les quantités requises d’huile à la centrale de Tagabé,
• Veiller aux bonnes conditions de travail des opérateurs,
• Veiller au bon état de fonctionnement des équipements de l’huilerie,
• Encadrer, animer, évaluer et former les équipes dont il a la charge,
• Rédiger et diffuser les consignes et contrôler leur application,
• Rédaction des rapports d’exploitation et de maintenance
• Apporter un appui technique aux équipes sous sa hiérarchie,
• Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles de sécurité,
• Veiller au respect des règles éthiques Groupe et apporter son support au personnel, le cas échéant.
