UNDP MCO is seeking the services of a consultant to support the development of a Medium-sized Project (MSP) (1-Step) proposal for GEF 8 funding aligned with the UNSDCF and MCPD Planet pillar.

In particular, it is looking for a consultant to develop a gender action plan, as well as a Social and Environmental Safeguards assessment and plan for a project proposal in Vanuatu to support delivering on national policy priorities focused on energy access, efficiency, and renewable energy.
