Qualification:
Degree

Special Business Education:
Computer sciences, information management, information technology, knowledge management or equivalent field of study

Experience:
Experience in

• designing and maintaining information management systems and tools
• design, use and application of computer software
  Working in and or knowledge of disaster management, disaster risk reduction or the climate change adaption

Special Skills:
Data base design and maintenance
Advanced computer skills
GIS skills
Drivers licence an advantage

Thinking Style:
Practical and analytical

Communication and Interpersonal skills:
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work independently

Behavioral Competencies
Hard working, team player,
Consultative

Language/spoken
Bislama, English or French.
