International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Vanuatu is hiring an experienced multimedia consultant to support the design and development of a multimedia training module aimed at building capacity to reduce the environmental impacts of displacement. The module will be made freely available through online and offline low-bandwidth versions and will be led through a tutorial-style program specifically designed for government staff, including policy makers across different sectors of the Pacific region. The Design Consultant will also support in adapting and combining the resources from the online multimedia module into a Training-of-Trainer (ToT) manual to cascade the “offline” version of the training. The Training Manual must be finalized within 5 weeks of signing the contract and the Online Module must be completed within 12 weeks of contract being signed. Interested candidates must submit:

2. Samples of previous work completed for humanitarian or development purposes;
3. Curriculum Vitae; and
4. Cover letter indicating how specifically you meet the criteria for this role.
