Job Description
I. BACKGROUND
1. The Government of Vanuatu, with funding from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia, the Ireland Trust Fund for Building Climate Change and Disaster Resilience in Small Island Developing States, will implement a project that aims to address the
immediate needs of vulnerable groups affected by COVID-19, while building their resilience to withstand further pandemic impacts and other external shocks in the future. The project has two outputs: (i) Output 1: food security and income generating support delivered to poor and vulnerable women, and (ii) Output 2: multidisciplinary responses to address GBV implemented.
