Full-Time MEX ADMINISTRATOR AND STOCK / ASSET MANAGER

Briefly Describe this Specific Job
1) Management and update of all asset information stored in the MEX database.
2) Planning, initiation, management and close-out of Work Orders and maintenance activities required to ensure the operational integrity of LPG assets for all Pacific Geogas Facilities.
3) Track and Manage the ordering, storage and movement of all stocks, tools, spare parts and equipment within the business
4) Manage warehouse stocks, tools, spare parts and equipment monitoring, proper control and good housekeeping
Selection Criteria:-
- Understanding of basic LPG operations
- Knowledge / use of Asset Management software and database manipulation (e.g. SAP or MEX)
- Knowledge of relevant HSE Management System documents including policies,
- standards, procedures and checklists
- Knowledge in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan, resource, prioritise and achieve set objectives
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Fluent in English
