Job Description
BMFN Limited is a Licensed Investment Intermediary with primary subject of activities: dealing in securities
The Managing Director shall be responsible for managing the Company business according to interests of the Company and for organization of implementation business tasks which have been set by the Principal, also the managing director represents BMFN Limited before all judicial, tax and other State authorities, before banking and financial institutions and other physical and legal persons; Other important task of the managing director will be to submit to the Principal reports about the performance of the company at the end of each financial year. The Managing director shall be entitled to: conclude, amend and terminate contracts with relates; hire personnel of the company according to applicable legislation etc.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate is required to have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management of investment firm or bank and experience in dealing with securities, derivatives and wealth management
- Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Management
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of best practice principles and regulations relating to dealing in securities, best execution, AML/KYC rules, derivatives trading, risk analysis
- Excellent written/spoken English and Spanish languages (knowledge of third language will be considered as an advantage)
- Excellent computer skills and experience with different trading software
- Ability to quickly analyse situations and make decisive decisions
- Ability to swiftly resolve complex problems/issues as well as ability to manage a team
