Position: Manager – Tafea Tourism Development
Grade: PS 5.1
Annual Salary: 1,513,100

Selection Criteria
Qualification:

• University degree

Special Education:

• Economics, Tourism, Public Administration

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Tourism Industry or related field

Special Skills:

• computer literate, Leadership, Good Negotiation, Ability to adapt to change

Thinking Style:

• Practical, analytical, innovative, and initiative

Behavioural Competency:

• Reliable, honest, and responsible

Communication/Interpersonal Skills:

• Teamwork and good Communication skills

Language:

• French or English and Bislama.
