About The Role
Role Location: ANZ Vanuatu
Role Type: 12 months Fixed Term Position
As the Manager for Recoveries, you will be responsible in managing a portfolio of Retail and Small
Business customers with balances not more than AUD1M where customers who have been identified as
requiring remedial action or as high risk. You will also aim to reduce the risk to the Bank whist
maintaining the Bank’s reputation and high customer satisfaction.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
- Proven experience in credit, collections, recoveries or general business activities in a financial controller capacity
- Excellent technical skills in reporting, analysis, including advanced excel skills
- High level business acumen, in depth understanding of business financials and fundamentals
- Ability to work with customers who are experiencing very challenging financial situations, display empathy whilst setting very clear expectations during courageous conversations
- Self-managing, self-motivated and excellent time management skills with sound capacity management knowledge preferable
- Strong customer focus with the ability to think strategically
- Established people leader skills and experience in delivering results
- Extensive experience in managing a multi-dimensional relationship with our senior stakeholders and can handle conflicting demands.
