Selection Criteria
- MSc Degree
- Network Engineering, Network Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology/System
- 5 years + in a senior management position with experience in weather information processing systems and communications systems. Must also be able to prepare project proposals, have experience of report writing, provide advice to clients and make important decisions
- Excellent supervisory skills, ability to plan strategically, high level of analytical skills
- Open minded and able to think theoretically, practically and analytically. Able to make timely decisions and give advice based on the available data
- Excellent presentation skills, including verbal and written communication skills
- Shows professionalism, is a team player, treats others with respect and is committed. Demonstrates leadership
- English and Bislama or French
