Job Description

The Manager Ground Handling Services is responsible to:

• ensure the safe and efficient operation of VTS airport operations in accordance with all applicable legislation, standards, rules, regulations and the VTS Group Head’s Directions;
• Meet the requirements of Client Airlines; and
• Provide the overall control and direction of the Ground Handling Operations of the Company.

Including but not limited to providing an excellence of customer service, and management of personnel and financial resources to ensure the Company’s policies are achieved.
