Full-Time MANAGER FINANCE , ADMINISTRATION AND OFFICE COORDINATOR
Job Description
Vanuatu Indigenous Land Defense Desk (VILDD) is an NGO established and works in collaboration with Vanuatu Cultural Centre/Vanuatu Kaljoral Senta (VKS) which has a network of more than 100 fieldworkers throughout the country.
VILDD was established in 2003 in the wake of the country’s land boom. Customary lands were suddenly being sold off at alarming rates that took everyone by surprise. Land being one of the major issues that sparked the independence movement in the late 1970s, this important source of identity, inspiration and social security has to be protected at all costs.
The Vanuatu Indigenous Land Defense Desk (VILDD) is looking for suitable candidate to fill in the position of its Manager Finance, Administration and Office Coordination.
