The Job

We are advertising for an experienced Manager and Compliance Officer.
The successful candidate will:

Oversee and be responsible for the day-to-day operations on the company, including recruiting, managing and training staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures
Promote a supportive work environment and cultivate an inclusive office culture
Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, such as local authorities
Provide accurate reporting to the Directors
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and grow business
Oversee and be responsible for the Anti‐Money Laundering/Customer Identification Program and client screening
Ensure regulatory compliance of the the company’s activities in accordance will all applicable laws
Monitor transactions requiring enhanced due diligence

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field from a recognised University such as finance, economics, software development, engineering.
At least 5 years experience in a similar role with previous online trading experience essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team – self motivated
Proficiency in written and spoken English
