Manage Air Vanuatu ground operations at airports in the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand in compliance with CAAV Regulations/CAO/IATA Standards.

Delivery of consistent and excellent customer service throughout ground operations.

Effective communication with all relevant stakeholders during disruptions to minimize disruption impact, full compliance with safety requirements and effective customer engagement.
