• Managing two remote teams
• Ensuring good operations of the working site
• Liaising with partners
• Ensuring stock and ordering
• Coaching, training new and existing staffs
• Dealing with performance problems and terminations
• Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
• Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results
• Monitoring and controlling expenses and budget
• Tracking and reporting results to senior management
