Full-Time MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Job Description
Rarru Rentapau River is looking for a Maintenance Manager who can showcase his ability to lead a team. Highlight your proficiency in scheduling regular maintenance and overseeing repairs. Demonstrate your technical expertise and a strong understanding of maintenance procedures. Experienced with budget management and cost-efficiency initiatives is a plus.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementations
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to indentify and resolve issues
- Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities.
- Ensure that colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.
- Ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied.
- Undertake practical activities, such as driving tractors and operating machinery.
