Role Overview:
The Nominee Director in Vanuatu serves as a representative director for a company, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of the beneficial owners. Key Responsibilities:
1. Representation: Act as the public face of the company in Vanuatu, representing the company in all official capacities.
2. Compliance: Ensure that the company adheres to all local regulations, laws, and corporate governance standards.
3. Confidentiality: Safeguard the identity and details of the actual beneficial owners, ensuring their anonymity is maintained.
