We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Vanuatu. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, communication with Vanuatu state authorities and the registered agent of the company, assistance to directors of the company with compliance with the applicable regulations.
Candidate must be a resident of Vanuatu and have a valid work permit in Vanuatu.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the company, including managing staff, developing, and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with Vanuatu Financial Services Commission regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Assistance to the director of the company and to the directors of an affiliate in performance of their duties.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and grow the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a university recognised in Vanuatu. Candidates with a degree in finance, economics, software development, engineering, MBA, or other relevant fields will have an added advantage.
- A minimum of experience / knowledge is required in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
