Job Description

DUTIES
The line operator is mainly in charge of the bottling, kegging and Packaging area depending of the production planning and other activities depending on planning.
The line operator is responsible of the bottling, kegging, packaging of beer and moves the palette of beer to allow the transfer of beer by forklift driver.

RESPONSABILITIES

1. To connect the BBT to bottling filler or keg filler before starting the operation
2. To respect the procedure of starting operation (rinsing, piping, laboratory approval for the beer, washer bottles solution, packaging…)
3. To ensure the availability of every consumable (crown, labels, glue, CO2, pallets, caustic…)
4. To ensure that all parameters at his poste are achieved before launching (Bottle washer temperature and solution, pasteurizer temperature)
5. To respect of the workings instructions, safety instructions, hygiene and procedure
6. To fill properly the production sheet (timing, volume…)
7. To report to the supervisor or/ and production manager for any abnormality, dysfunction on the working area
8. To do periodic checking at his poste during the production
9. To keep all equipment in good working order
10. To ensure the ending cleaning of the equipment and the area and switch off of his used materials
11. To respect the food hygiene of the product
12. Cleaning materials and equipment
