Job Description
Based in Port Vila and reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the Legal Associate is a new role dedicated to working across the organisation with local and remote teams.
Assist the Senior Legal Counsel and the wider senior management team, focusing on document production, management, filing, and corporate record keeping.
Handle compliance with statutory and regulatory corporate governance. Centralise corporate records, liaising with counterparts in other locations relating to corporate governance, rationalizing legal entities, and corporate secretarial matters.
Be responsible for legal documentation, legal databases, policies management, communication, and sharing of legal knowledge. Develop and improve standard agreements, templates, and processes, including legal FAQs and training for the whole business.
Support the legal team in all areas of legal with a wide variety of commercial contracts, legal IT projects, HR and employment matters, compliance, financial regulatory changes that may affect Titan FX’s business.
