Is seeking to recruit a highly motivated candidate (male or female) to fill the position of:

LABORATORY MANAGER

For its water and food analysis laboratory

REQUIRED PROFILE

Diploma:

• At least five years of university studies or equivalent experience

Skills:

• Knowledge of laboratory methods, techniques, and procedures.
• Proficient in project management, reporting, and budget monitoring
• Proficient knowledge on staff supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the activity and the human resource of the Vanuatu Services laboratory
• Perform analysis following laboratory methods and guidelines and safety recommendation
• Ensure permanent relationship with clients and adopt a client-oriented approach
• Enhances laboratory and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Coach, animate, evaluate and train the teams of the entity,
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s safety & ethic rules and provide support to the staff if necessary.
