Knowledge Information Management Systems (KIMS) Phase 2 – Project Management Consultant (or “Project Consultant”)
Phase 2 of the Knowledge Information Management System (KIMS) project for the Ministry of Trade and Commerce (MTC) aims to integrate data from various Government Departments into a unified platform. This phase focuses on the Departments that have expressed interest in data sharing, facilitation collaboration, and enhancing decision- making processes.
Ministry of Trade & Commerce through Vanuatu Aid Management Unit (VAMU) is now seeking a qualified Project Management Consultant (Project Consultant) or advisory firm to give onsite and remote Project Management support towards the project implementation of the development of the KIMS phase 2. The Project Consultant assumes overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the KIMS Phase 2 project activities and the overall achievement of planned project outputs. The Project Consultant performs his/her functions in consultation with and under the guidance and supervision of the Manager VAMU and Director General MTC. He/she oversees the day-to-day implementation of the project and is responsible for both organizational and substantive matters.
