The Espiritu is looking for a young motivated person with NO WORK EXPERIENCE that is honest and hardworking to do a voluntary role (no pay) in the kitchen for a period of 6-8 weeks with the possible opportunity for a full time paying position after the voluntary timeframe.

The Head Chef and the kitchen team will provide FULL TRAINING to the candidate in all aspects of the kitchen including:

– Food preparation
– Food Hygiene
– Cleaning Schedules
– Portion Controls
– Recipe Costing
– Cooking
– Team Work and Note Taking
