Kava Brand Toolkit & Event Development Activity
The Vanuatu Tourism Office with the engagement from the Department of Industry (DoI) is seeking expressions of interest for the activity for developing a brand toolkit for the kava commodity for promotion and marketing purposes including for the planning and development of a kava consumer event to be hosted in 2024.
The Department of Industry, a government agency under the Ministry of Trade & Commerce (MTC) has engaged the partnership of the Vanuatu Tourism Office to undertake and coordinate this work on their behalf for marketing, promotion and event hosting purposes.
The engaged contractor for this assignment MUST be able to undertake desk research, stakeholder consultations and market research for the preparation of the kava brand toolkit and campaign as well as preparation of a kava consumer event and a trade networking event.
The VTO is now requesting expressions of interests from any interested local companies and suppliers to submit their proposals for the engagement of this important activity for increasing the visuality of the kava commodity in both domestic and international markets.

The Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO) is the national tourism destination marketing organization. Our headquarter is based in Port-Vila (Vanuatu) supported by various representations in Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and other long-haul markets in Europe, China, and North America.
Our role is to promote Vanuatu as a destination for international and domestic tourists.
SCOPE OF WORK
The successful contractor will have the relevant technical capacity and relevant experience to deliver as expected in the terms of reference of the activity.
