IT TECHNICIAN / OFFICER
Position Summary
The IT technician/ IT officer is responsible for the maintenance of the bank’s infrastructure to facilitate efficient customer service delivery, The incumbent has the technical knowledge and experience to lead projects and offer improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- IT infrastructure and ATM fleet maintained according to up-time standards
- Lead and participate in projects to improve digital channels and customer experience
- Help fix complex technical issues in a timely manner and with a quality approach
- Provide regular reporting to other teams and propose improvements
- Train employees on both software and hardware
- Troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
- Learn and drive DevOps model to become Subject Matter Expert and promote knowledge sharing culture
Experience & Education:
- Experience in supporting one or the areas such as IT services, applications, infrastructure, network and database in a banking environment would be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 5-8 Year experience in Consulting, Vendor or Bank’s IT Team
- Professional certifications appreciated (Comptia, Microsoft, Cisco …)
- Holder of valid driving License
