IT support Officer

Port Vila International School is looking for a friendly, tech-savvy person to join our IT team . You’ll provide hands-on support to staff and students, help with hardware rollouts, and assist with day-to-day IT operations. This role can be suitable as an entry level role or for someone with experience.

• Providing approachable, professional IT support to staff and students
• Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting laptops and devices
• Working with Microsoft Office 365
• Coordinating hardware repairs and managing support tickets
