AJC is looking a suitable candidate from one of its client: IT SECTION SUPERVISOR AND TECHNICIAN

As a computer technician, main responsibilities include:

1. Installation and Maintenance: Ensuring the initial installation of copying or computer equipment, as well as regular maintenance to ensure its smooth operation.
2. Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and resolve technical problems encountered by customers, whether hardware or software.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers to answer their questions and solve their problems, whether by telephone, e-mail or in person.
4. Stock Management: Keeping track of stocks of spare parts and consumables required for repairs and equipment maintenance.
5. Documentation: Keep technical documentation up to date, including service reports, installation and maintenance procedures, and user manuals.
6. Keep abreast of the latest technological advances in copiers and IT, in order to propose innovative solutions to customer
7. Internal collaboration: Collaborate with other company departments, such as sales or customer service, to ensure efficient coordination of activities and optimum customer satisfaction.

Qualification and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in I.T. Equipment or related.

Work Experience Requirements

• Over 10 years’ experience working with copiers.
• Extensive experience in providing reliable and quick technical service to customers.

Preferred Skills

• Proactive in finding solutions to technical difficulties.
• Bilingual is an advantage but not compulsory.

Other requirements

• Valid drivers’ license compulsory.
