Esah corporation limited, in Vila is looking for an energetic, honest and responsible person to join our team.

IT Executive position is open to all.

Qualification & Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco ) preferred

Experience

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT support, networking, systems administration or related role.
2. Proven experience in trouble shooting hardware, software and network issues.
3. Exposure to ERP, database systems, POS and IT infrastructure management is an advantage.

Technical Skills

1. Strong knowledge of Windows operation systems.
2. Proficiency in network configuration, server management and cloud services.
3. Familiarity with cyber security practices, firewalls and data protection.
4. Ability to maintain and troubleshoot printers, workstations and devices.
5. Knowledge of backup systems and recovery procedures.

Soft Skills

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. High attention to accuracy
5. Team-oriented but capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to staff across hardware, software and networks.
2. Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, systems and applications.
3. Maintain data security and implement IT policies
4. Support in IT project implementation and upgrades
5. Keep up-to-date documentation of IT assets
6. Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
