INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) GRAPHIC DESIGN & DIGITAL SOFTWARE SUPPORT – DIGITAL STRATEGY & COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM

OBJECTIVE

The Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO) invites expressions of interest from qualified agencies or
suppliers to provide Graphic Design and Digital Software Support for the Digital Strategy
& Communications Program. The selected providers will be engaged to deliver high-quality
digital artwork, branding collaterals, and software support services to enhance VTO’s digital
presence, strengthen communications, and support HQ and market representatives in line
with the annual work plan and brand toolkit.

Interested individuals or firms must demonstrate proven experience in graphic design and
digital content creation, proficiency with design and communication software (Adobe, Canva,
Mailchimp, Xink, Bynder), the ability to deliver high-quality outputs and training support, and
hold valid business licenses.
