Job Description
“The Infrastructure Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the Ministry of Health Assets Management Unit (AMU) in the areas of infrastructure, assets management, procurement and contract management relating to key humanitarian assistance and cyclone recovery projects, funded by Government of Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, including MoH and provincial health centres, Central Tenders Board, private contractors, and communities to support the needs of MoH and disaster affected populations.
The position will receive close coaching and mentoring support from the Capital Works Specialist over an appropriate timeframe so that the Officer is guided and supported into this complex and critical role. The position is intended to transition to the Ministry of Health workforce long term.”
