Full-Time INDUSTRY WAREHOUSE STAFF/ FORKLIFT DRIVER
Job Description
The Vanuatu Brewing limited is looking for 1 motivated male for the position of Industry Warehouse.
DUTIES
- The Warehouse staff is in charge of all moving, record, and storage of raw materials, consumable, and moving of finish product (malt, bottles, pallets of beer.). He is in charge of the good arrangement of the raw material warehouse.
- The staff must be able to handle responsibility, leadership and the pressure of production and quality. He must also be able to operate a forklift, Empties receiver and Industrial assistant for a good accuracy of Stock, avoid Raw Material Shortage.
The staff should be a force for proposal for any improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To ensure the availability of every consumable (crown, labels, glue, CO2, pallets, caustic…)
2. To respect the FIFO instructions during the transfer, input and output
3. To keep the warehouse in order during the goods movements
4. To organize the Raw materials delivery from Warehouse to brewhouse, cellar, bottling, kegging line, Packaging, CO2 Plant, 7SB…)
5. To do periodic checking at his post during the production if necessary
6. To fill properly the Output and Input delivery Docket (weight, quantity, number…)
7. To ensure the periodic cleaning of his equipment and the warehouse and the tidying of the area
8. To report to the production manager for any abnormality, dysfunction on the working area
9. To respect of the working instructions, safety instructions, hygiene and procedure
10. To supervise the bottles receiver
11. Able to drive the Forklift and
12. To deliver the Raw Material to brewhouse, cellar, bottling, kegging line, Packaging, CO2 Plant, 7SB…
13. To put the finish product (beer in keg or pallet of beer) on the warehouse truck
14. To drive forklift safely
15. To avoid all damage during each transfer
16. To respect the food hygiene of the product
17. To inform the managers is case of goods shortage.
